We are hosting this technical guidance training so you can learn more about the new energy performance requirements for buildings 25,000 sq. ft. and larger. This training will address equity considerations, electrification requirements, 2030 targets, target adjustments, electrification credit, the renewables credit, alternate compliance options, performance evaluation, and penalty assessments. The training will also include an update on the process to design requirements for manufacturing, agricultural, and industrial buildings, and the small building prescriptive requirements.
