The Energize Denver Building Performance Policy requires buildings between 5,000 and 24,999 square feet to take steps to reduce energy use. The main pathways are LED lighting or renewable energy, but other options are available for buildings that need them.​ Explore below to learn more about the compliance process and determine the best pathway for your building.
