You may already be in compliance and just need to report it to the city.
Ways You Might Already Meet Requirements
You may just have to submit paperwork to prove compliance. This may be the case if you:
- Retrofitted your entire building with LED lighting

You will need to verify this and submit paperwork to the city

Installed an all-electric heat pump that replaced a gas furnace in your primary HVAC system

​You will need to submit proof of installation (such as your closed permit with the city or an invoice from your contractor)

Applies to any heat pump installed after November 22, 2021
